Each year, the Strathcona Christmas Bureau hires a Depot Manager and Packing Supervisor. These are temporary paid positions that run from October 27, 2018-January 6, 2019.
The successful candidates will be able to maintain flexible work hours between 8am and 9pm. These positions require motivated individuals who are organized and can manage a team of volunteers. The candidates will need excellent interpersonal, supervisory and conflict resolution skills.
The positions involve setting up, running and taking down the depot where the hampers are assembled. Among other things, the successful candidates will have to answer emails, manage volunteers and oversee the assembly of hampers.
